Phlebotomist License
Believe it or not Phlebotomist are not licensed professionals. In fact a Phlebotomist does not even need to be certified. 9 times out of ten they will be certfied nationally, because most institutions will not hire them without knowing full well that they are capable of success in the field. A certification shows that the phlebotomist is trained in every facet that they need to be to enter the field. A license is a lawful grant that is administered by an offical agency, which the United States does not give out to phlebotomist.
